Valentine surprise and Pretend City!

Brandon woke up to find a Valentine surprise just for him! February 14th was a wonderful day full of hugs and kisses from my sweet little valentine. The next day we went to Pretend City. It's a fun place where kids can participate in all sorts of different activities such as working in a grocery store...
picking apples on the farm...
building houses and forts...
stamping "timecards" for a job well done...
playing with water guns...
doing arts and crafts...
and getting PAID! ;) $105 fake dollars to be exact!
There were so many more things to do as well. It was a super fun place! I asked Brandon what his favorite part of going to Pretend City was, and he responded, "going to the ATM and getting money!" Ha!

Valentine's Day prep!

Brandon had so much fun picking out and decorating Valentine cards for his classmates. The girls are getting kitty cards and the boys are getting some fun "Pokemon" type cards. Brandon finished all 25 cards in one night! Halfway through I asked him if he wanted to stop and finish the rest another night, but he was determined to get them all done right then! :) I had some fun making little treat bags for his class.
These treats are for the wonderful teachers at our school! So much fun getting ready for the big day of LOVE!
